Shipping policy

Our goal is to ensure you receive your fashionable pieces no matter where you are located. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing & Shipping.

All orders are processed within 3~5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing time consist of Order Verification, Quality Check, and Packaging. Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our location to the shipping address. (Shipping schedule does not include processing.)

  • 5-8 Business Days  - $9.99 Standard Domestic Shipping **

  • 10-14 Business Days  - $25.99 International Shipping **  International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

To guarantee that your package is correctly delivered and you obtain your order within the time frame advertised above, please make sure your address, phone number and email are fully entered and correct. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of a Diamond Charnea Gift Card for the price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. The shipping charges are nonrefundable for any returned or refused.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. If your tracking information indicates your order as delivered and you have not received it please make a claim with USPS or UPS. Diamond Charnea is not responsible for packages that tracking states carrier has delivered it and the package was signed. Please understand, that a signature is not required for our packages. Once shipped in the least likely event that your package is delayed. Please contact the shipping carrier.

If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will ship the remainder of your items and refund you for the item(s) not available. 

 Due to Covid-19 we will ensure we process packages as quickly and safely as possible, there may be a slight delay with shipping.
