REFUNDS/ STORE CREDITS

  • At Diamond Charnea, 100% satisfaction is our goal. However, should you not be satisfied with the product you have received, you have 7 days to return your item(s) to be granted a store credit. We do NOT issue refunds. All returns will be processed as store credit in the form of an electronic gift card, and the funds will be available for you to use at your leisure.
    All accessories, permanently marked down items  and items sold at more than a 20% discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  Please note that if you purchase an item at a discounted rate and return the item, the discount cannot be transferred to your next purchase.  All sale codes are ONLY VALID during the time of the sale.  (This includes the 10% sign up discount offered in first purchases.)

  • Customers are financially responsible for their return shipping fee. Returns can take up to 7 days to be processed. Once processed you will receive an email notification. Store credits are given in the form of an E-Gift Card that will emailed to the email listed on your order. 
  • There is a $5.99 restocking fee for returns totaling $100 and over
  • SALE ITEMS, E-PRODUCTS/DIGITAL MEDIA, WIGS, ACCESSORIES, COSMETICS  AND MYSTERY BOXES ARE FINAL SALE!

AFTER PAY/ KLARNA/ SEZZLE/ QUAD PAY RETURNS

Orders placed using these payment methods are only eligible for a store credit. They will continue to debit the funds from your account until your installment balances are paid in full.

    Vendor Lists/E-Products/Digital Media
    Handbags 
    Cosmetics
    Hair
    Hats
    Belts
    Stained, worn, laundered, or damaged pieces
    Items sent back after 7 days of purchase
    Items not its original packaging, with original tags and labels.

      Exchanges

      We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will receive a store credit once they've been received. If you need a different size or cOkie of an item, then you'll need to place a new order. 

      All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If our quality control team are unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you.

      SHIPPING FEES /RETURN LABELS

      • Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are NOT refundable.
      • We do NOT provide return shipping labels.
      • We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.

      SHIPPING TIPS

      • We recommend using USPS or UPS flat rate shipping service for the best price and turn around delivery time. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Keep your tracking number stored. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, Diamond Charnea will not be able to fulfill your return.

      RETURN TO SENDER 

      Orders that are "Returned to sender" will only qualify for a store credit. A $5.99 restocking fee will be deducted and original shipping fees will not be returned. 

       ABANDONED RETURNS

      If an item is returned after 30 days or a non-qualified return is shipped to us, your return will be deemed as abandoned and discarded.

      Diamond Charnea reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers’ orders made on this site at any time due to:
      1. Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing".
      2. Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.
      3. Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.
