At Diamond Charnea, we take great care in ensuring your order is packaged securely and shipped with tracking for your peace of mind.

Signature Required: All packages require a signature upon delivery to help prevent lost or stolen shipments.
Please examine your package before signing for it. We ship via UPS and USPS.

Lost/Damaged Packages: Diamond Charnea is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
- Returned Packages: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or missed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply. Refunds will not be issued for returned packages.
International Shipping:
International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes according to your country’s import regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in Diamond Charnea’s shipping cost, which covers delivery to your country only. Please check your local customs policies prior to ordering.
Return & Exchange Policy:
All sales are final — no refunds. Please allow 7–14 business days for order processing and shipping. During holidays and sale season, this timeframe can increase. All packages require a signature upon delivery — no exceptions.
Exchanges (upon management approval):
- You may request an exchange for the same purchase price within 3 business days of delivery.
- Hair must be in its original state — unaltered, unwashed, uncolored, and returned in original packaging.
- A $20 restocking fee applies to all exchanges.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Diamond Charnea Gem Hair Fraud Prevention Policy:
For certain orders, additional verification may be required before shipping. If requested, you will be asked to:
- Complete our Order Verification Form
- Provide a valid state-issued ID that matches your billing information
Orders that require verification will not ship until this process is complete.
Important:
- We only ship to confirmed addresses.
- If your shipping address does not match the billing address associated with your payment method (ATM/Debit card), the order will not be confirmed and cannot be shipped.
