Refund policy

We hope you enjoy your Diamond Charnea purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item(s) unworn to us within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your order has been delivered to your address, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINALE SALE!

 Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, and accessories. 

On your delivery receipt, please mark or highlight the items you want to return. Tell us why you’re returning it (was it too big, too small, just not what you thought, etc?)

Enclose your receipt note with the item(s) and package up securely, using the original packaging if possible. Refunds can take any where from 7-10 business pays to post in your account depending on the financial institution. Refunds cannot be canceled nor reversed.

When returning your item(s). We recommend using whatever mail carrier you feel the most comfortable. The carrier service will provide a receipt date, however, return shipping fees are your responsibility. Keep your tracking number stored because are not responsible for, any, lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, Diamond Charnea will not be able to fulfill your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Diamond Charnea reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers’ orders made on this site at any time due to:

  1. Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"

  2. Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.

  3. Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.
