2021 Recipients 

"I gave birth over Thanksgiving break at 17 years old! The next following day I got up and went to school. Why did I get up and go to school? I felt like going to school would help me better myself and have a better future not only for myself but for my son".

"My pursuit of excellence is not only about my personal success, but pulling others up with me. An old African proverb states,"If you want to go fast, go alone; but if you want to go far, go together".
